The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Car rental is charged on a daily basis. Rentals for less than a full day are charged as a full day. For example, if a car is rented at 9:00 a.m. on Monday and returned at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the rental period will be 2 days.
The rental period may be extended by prior agreement.
When returning the car, the fuel level in the tank must be the same as when it was picked up. If the fuel level is lower upon return, the renter pays the difference at the rental company's rates. If it is higher, the difference is not reimbursed.
If the car is so dirty upon return that it is difficult to inspect, the car will be washed at the customer's expense.
In the event of an insured event, the renter is obliged to immediately notify the rental company and obtain a police accident report (unless otherwise agreed with the rental company). If these conditions are not met, the insurance taken out for the car is invalid and all responsibility lies with the renter.
The insurance is invalid in the event of intentional damage to the car caused by deliberate vandalism or negligence.
Rental cars are only allowed to travel on public roads.
It is strictly forbidden to drive a rental car: on the route “Akhaltsikhe - Batumi” through the Goderdzi Pass on the route: “Sairme - Abastumani” in the regions of Truso, Juta, Vashlovani, Tusheti, Omalo, Shatili, Abkhazia, and South Ossetia Travel on the route “Mestia - Ushguli - Lentekhi” is only possible with cars with the appropriate exit option and only during the period from May 1 to September 30.
Travel on prohibited routes and regions is not possible due to the poor condition of the road surface, and therefore insurance is not valid in these areas.
Leaving the country in a rented car is prohibited.
The contact phone number with the correct country code specified when booking must be available throughout the entire rental period and on the day before picking up the car. Claims regarding the quality of services will not be considered if it was impossible to contact the renter by mobile phone or messengers (Viber/WhatsApp/Telegram).
Payment of fines, fuel, and parking fees is the responsibility of the renter.
The age restriction is 21 years old, and the driving experience requirement is 1 year. The rental company manager has the right to refuse service at any time if the driver's age and/or driving experience do not meet the requirements.
